Privacy for LifeOS

What LifeOS may collect

• Account metadata, such as institution name, account name, account type, and partial account mask.
• Account balances and available balances.
• Transaction details, such as merchant, amount, date, category, pending status, and account association.
• Recurring transaction candidates used to help review subscriptions, bills, and repeated charges.

How LifeOS uses financial data

• Show connected accounts and balances in a personal dashboard.
• Show recent transactions and spending categories.
• Identify recurring charges so users can review subscriptions, bills, and repeated spending.
• Help users understand their own financial patterns and decide what they may want to keep, change, or cancel.

What LifeOS does not do

• LifeOS does not move money, initiate payments, or transfer funds.
• LifeOS does not make lending, credit, underwriting, eligibility, brokerage, or banking decisions.
• LifeOS does not sell financial data or use financial data for advertising.
• Plaid secrets and access tokens are handled server-side and are not embedded in the iOS app.
• Plaid access tokens are encrypted before storage using application-level encryption.

Third-party services

LifeOS uses Plaid for user-authorized financial account connections and Supabase for backend data storage. Production traffic is intended to use HTTPS, and backend secrets are stored in server-side environment configuration.

Your choices

• You choose whether to connect an account through Plaid.
• You can disconnect financial accounts.
• You can request deletion of LifeOS financial data by contacting Nutre Labs.
